Judy Robinson is currently the Executive Director of the Sacramento Region eMobility Collaborative "Sac eMO" (formerly the Sacramento Region Plug-in Electric Vehicle Collaborative), a regional, multi-sector Collaborative of over 100 participants who have been working together since 2015 to increase the deployment of electric/zero emission vehicles and related infrastructure across the Sacramento Region. Our members are a diverse group of publics, private and non-profit organizations working together to provide clean and affordable transportation and mobility alternatives and solutions. She was formerly the Sustainability and 2020 Census Manager for Sacramento County. She has over 35 years of experience with local government, community planning and development, parks and open space, sustainability, climate resiliency and health. She is also a Team member for "Design 4 Active Sacramento," a cross-sector Health team, doing focused work on using the built environment to improve the public’s mental and physical health. Access to multiple mobility modes is key to a healthy life. Judy is a recognized leader and expert on Planning, Climate, Sustainability, Health and the Built Environment. As a leader, she understands the importance of collaboration and community capacity building, racial equity and embracing the richness of Sacramento’s diversity.
